England Open For Business After Volcano Ash Cleared

English airports sprang back into life today as UK airspace restrictions were relaxed. It was revealed yesterday evening that our aircraft can cope with the volcanic ash cloud much better than previously thought. Over the past week many hotels across England have been filled with stranded passengers, many hotels in London have had to turn away travellers due to lack of capacity, especially those closest to the airports.

Summer is readily approaching and one of the most popular family attractions in England is getting busier. Alton Towers lies in the picturesque peak district in Staffordshire and has been making people scream with joy since 1980 when the first rollercoaster ‘The Corkscrew’ opened at the theme park.
New rides and attractions have regularly appeared at Alton Towers over the years since and for 2010 there are 2 new rides : ‘Thirteen’ – a new £15million rollercoaster with a gothic theme, and ‘Sonic Pinball’ – a sonic the Hedgehog themed ride.
